The program is hosted by Selma Piric. Since 2008, Selma has gained operational experience in aviation. In addition, she works as a safety researcher, consultant, trainer, and lecturer-researcher. Recently, she started working at the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat on the integration of unmanned aircraft into airspace.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Factors and Safety Assessment in Aeronautics from Cranfield University School of Engineering (2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. Selma is the author of the book Safety Rebels (2024).
