- Is Rotterdam Ahoy accessible for visitors with limited mobility?
For visitors with limited mobility, Rotterdam Ahoy offers various facilities. A taxi stand is located at the main entrance and can also be used to drop off visitors with limited mobility. The large parking area provides sufficient disabled parking spaces, including directly next to the main entrance (the standard rate of €19.50 per day applies).
- Am I allowed to smoke, e-smoke or vape?
Smoking, including e-smoking and vaping, is not permitted inside Rotterdam Ahoy. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- Is there Wi-Fi available at Ahoy?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the Plaza. Please connect to the network "Ahoy FREE WIFI.”
- Where can I find lost and found items?
Items found after the event and not collected are stored at the porter’s desk of Rotterdam Ahoy. You can contact the porter at +31 (0)10 293 3300.
- Are there any hotels nearby?

- Where can I park?
You can park at the Rotterdam Ahoy parking area, which has space for 2,500 cars. If the parking area is fully occupied on the day of the event, you will be directed to Q-Park Zuidplein (located opposite Ahoy) or, if necessary, to P+R Slinge.
- Do I receive an exit ticket when entering?
When entering the parking area, you will receive a parking ticket. The barrier system registers your license plate and prints it on the ticket. You can pay your parking ticket at the payment machines at any time during the day. When exiting, the barrier opens automatically through license plate recognition.
If you have purchased a parking ticket in advance, you must scan it when entering. When exiting, the barrier will also open automatically via license plate recognition.
- Is it possible to charge my electric car?
Currently, Rotterdam Ahoy does not have charging stations. It is therefore not possible to charge electric vehicles at the Ahoy parking area. We are, however, looking ahead and investing in sustainable solutions.
- What is the cost of a parking ticket at Ahoy?
A parking ticket for the Rotterdam Ahoy parking area costs €19.50.
Would you like a parking ticket with a parking guarantee? The price is the same. When exiting, the barrier opens automatically.
