Safety&Health@Work has received reports from exhibitors who are being approached by external parties offering access to visitor data. These messages are phishing attempts and are not sent by us. There is no form of collaboration with these parties.
We do not share or sell visitor lists. Safety&Health@Work and Rotterdam Ahoy comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Stay alert
Always check the sender’s email address. Official communication from Safety&Health@Work comes from trusted domains. If you receive an unexpected email or are unsure about the sender, do not open it. Do not click on links or download attachments.
What to do if you receive a suspicious email
Forward suspicious messages that appear to come from Safety&Health@Work to [email protected] and delete them immediately. Make sure your antivirus, antispyware, and firewall are up to date.
