Aviation Safety Expert

Selma Piric is an aviation safety expert with many years of experience as a consultant, safety specialist, trainer and lecturer. With a Master’s degree in Human Factors, she knows how to keep people at the heart of safety in an increasingly complex world.

She recently wrote the book Safety Rebels, a fresh call to challenge the status quo in the field of safety. Selma combines a sharp perspective with a healthy dose of humour and is not afraid to ask the questions that really matter.

Today, she will take on the role of conference moderator, encouraging us to look at our field with the same open and critical mindset.
