Mohan Verstegen (45), also known as 'Doktermo’, heads the Sustainable Health and Employability programme at the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Although he now works in an office-based role, he has always enjoyed his medical studies and his subsequent work as a doctor. The combination of thinking and doing, as well as working together under pressure, suits him well.
